In Part 4) Sound and Systematic Goal Setting Process, Dale details how to implement a 5-step process with examples of each step that will lead to developing the ideal goal setting plan. Dale concludes this video by sharing personal experiences of athletes he has worked with that have successfully implemented these strategies.
