Jerry Petitgoue's Open Post Motion Offense

Really liked this video. It looks like it is simple to teach. He shows 4 options and then also shows how you can post up. He also shows a set to get a 3 point shot. Look forward to using this with my girls team next year.

This is my favorite offense to coach. I like to read and watch everything I can on how coaches implement it. It is simple to teach and gives the players concepts to play by without micro-managing them. I thought this DVD was just ok in presenting the offense. I did get some ideas of things to incorporate into how I like to run this offense. Chris Endres has a DVD on this offense that I think is better presented.

Great. I love this offense and i think Coach does a great job of teaching it. It also gives you a lot of flexibility to but your own twist on it. Well done and very helpful

Great video. Easy to teach tough to defend. Helps your players play with confidence against any team.

Great video. Gives you an excellent plan for 5 out. Probably better than Huggins video, but good to watch both if you're installing this offense. It gives you ideas that will allow you to put your own unique twist on this offense (i.e., dribble drive options, pick & roll options, etc.) This video will give you more options if you're looking to control your players' mindset more b/c he adds specific calls in addition to Huggins curl screen & foul line cut.

Very good video for those that are wanting to install the 5 out offense. Does not give much drill work for the offense but other then that is a very good video.

I agree with the last post. Simple system but it has effective paterns/rules. I would also have liked more post looks within the system for taking advantage of mismatches, but that is only a slight drawback.

This is a very good video. Simple to teach and execute. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a perfect 5 is I would have liked to have seen more post up options.
