This was a very good DVD for coaches of younger players. I have incorporated the drills into my practice and the results are obvious.

Coach would you say this DVD is good for teaching high school basketball?

Baker's strength is in his enthusiasm, his passion for the game, and his ability to teach. He takes complex skills and teaches them simply, and he takes boring skills and teaches them in a way that is fun.
This DVD doesn't have much in the way of advanced dribbling -- it is devoted to basic fundamentals of dribbling and ball-handling. This is definitely the most effective resource I've seen for teaching dribbling fundamentals. Getting better at dribbling takes a lot of work. It's repetitive and practicing hard enough to improve is difficult and tiring. Ganon's demonstrations and his enthusiasm are exciting and contagious. I can't recommend this DVD highly enough!
