Clinic Refund / Non-Attendance Policy

Full refunds will be available through November 21, 2025 at 4:00 pm CST

After November 21, 2025 4:00 pm CST:

• There are no refunds.
• There are no credit carryovers.
• "Early bird" registrants that have paid and are unable to attend must contact Championship to redeem their buy one get one free video coupon and the requested videos will be available as online instant videos to them. There will be an expiration date for the coupon of approximately one week after the clinic concludes.
• All pre-paid registrants unable to attend the clinic may access the free 30 day stream of the clinic. You will be emailed instructions on how to access this stream.
  • The clinic replay will be available online the week following the clinic and availability will end 30 days after its posting.
  • If you have not received an email notification regarding the clinic stream, please notify Championship and verify your email address.
  • There will be no extension of the stream availability.

Cancelled Clinic Refund Policy

• There will be no cash refunds for a cancelled clinic and in lieu of a refund, Championship will redeem your clinic registration for 3 free videos that retail for $39.99 each (or less).
• Shipping (if DVD format) will be free.
• This policy is for all registrants, regardless of registration date.
