Yes No Competitive Rebounding Drills on September 18, 2012 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by Anonymous As a high school coach I enjoyed listening to Coach Prosser talk about how he worked his way up the ranks and his days in high school. As for the drills, some of them I had already seen or used but many of them I'd never seen and I plan on using this year. Coach Prosser's philosophy on toughness and physical play was definitly evident in this DVD, I enjoyed that aspect of it. I liked his offensive rebounding drills, as well, some good stuff to implement. If you're looking for some great rebounding drills I would definitly recommend this DVD. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Competitive Rebounding Drills on July 18, 2011 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by Jstnblke41 This is as good as it gets, Coach Prosser is a great speaker who not only communicates what he wants done on the court well but also to the viewers and coaches in attendance. The drills are all very good, there were a handfull that I have never seen before (Which should be the point of getting ahold of these things!) and he coaches the players throughout all of them. His philosophy differs a bit from my own, but it does make you think about how much emphasis you really put on rebounding and how you can get the most out of your players. I personally enjoyed Coach Prossers coaching history and advice, he seemed to be an exceptional coach who I wish was still around and teaching. Thank you Coach. 3 of 4 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Competitive Rebounding Drills on July 5, 2011 Currently 4/5 Stars.4/5 Stars 4 by Anonymous DVD starts really slow with about 15 min of personal stories and ends with another 15 min of personal stories. If you pay attention some of it is helpful. Once the drills get started it goes by fast. All his drills are very practical and I can already see how I will adjust them to fit my next seasons team. Overall its a good DVD with exactly what your looking for, rebounding drills. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Competitive Rebounding Drills on September 28, 2008 by Anonymous Great Rebounding Drills. The drills are competitive and if stressed in practice will make your practices more intense and your players more aggressive. If you run a couple of these drills everyday your team will be focused on rebounding the ball. The competitive full court drill that focuses mainly on rebounding is great. Most rebounding drills are half court. 9 of 10 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Competitive Rebounding Drills on July 15, 2008 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by Anonymous Loved this DVD. Coach Prosser's drills emphasize fundamentals, are intense, and fun for players. My players have loved doing these drills in practice. Very good drills if you want rebounding to be a primary focus in your season. The opening intro is basic clinic talk of the coach who had nothing who rose to the top. But once he gets going, it is very good. 8 of 9 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
