The head lever can be used from the top position to get you in position to drive and circle the opponent\u2019s hips to the mat.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Head Lever<\/h1>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iLf8YW43KsA?rel=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Drill Summary: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the chop, slide your hand to the opponent\u2019s wrist and keep pressure on them. From there, take both of your knees off to apply more pressure and drop your head under your opponent\u2019s armpit. Next, drive and circle the opponent\u2019s hips to the mat.
