Five time NCAA Championship coach at Oklahoma State University, John Smith, explains how you can take advantage of an opponent who reaches after you jab fake. Coach Smith went back to watch old videos and realized how much past wrestlers under-utilized the arm drag, an effective move when done correctly.

Drill Summary: When you’re jab faking, opponents often want to reach and get into you. When they do, you can get snap down drags to a single leg takedown (low or sweeping) or even a snap down into a double leg if you come across the opponent’s armpit.
