Coach Weigand's program uses 21 drills that consist of lateral movement change of direction, speed acceleration and more. He incorporates football skills like throwing, catching, defending, pursuit and cutting into his drills to make them sport specific. His Cone Drill series improves speed and agility for forward, backward and lateral movements. His catching drills, which work on acceleration and deceleration, work various routes such as the corner, comeback, and stop and go. He's even included an element to build eye-hand coordination.Coach Weigand shares his "Fastbreak Football" in which two players play a simulated game of football.
