I was extremely disappointed with this video. To begin with, the sound quality is horrid and, therefore, makes it uncomfortable to listen to.
The useful information in the video could probably be condensed into a 20 minute segment. The basic positions are explained and are simple, but there is little in the way of options or counters.
As a previous reviewer mentioned, "rather than teaching and walking them through it instead he tells them once what to do and then starts yelling at them until they finally start doing what he wants, without first running through it slowly." This was unsettling and something that I, as a high school coach, would be fired for.
The storytelling in the video should have been replaced with some actual drills to breakdown and reinforce the offense.
I'm sorry for this review, but I expected a lot more than what was delivered. I wish that I had spent my money on Bob Huggins "Dive & Fill" zone offense DVD, or something from Geno.

I agree with the other reviewer, the sound quality is tinny with feedback and hard to listen to. If you can get past this and you liked the m2m version of this offense, this could be a decent addition to your knowledge base.
At the beginning and end of the video there is a fair amount of Villanova women's basketball footage, although again not great quality. The breakdown is to have a baseline runner behind the zone, high post, two wings and point. Perimeter cuts or passes and fills. High post flashes to zone gaps for high/low action, and pops to perimeter before flashing and reversal. All positions are interchangeable except baseline runner. Now you know the set, and the primary break is exactly the same set.
He does show different sets and what he calls a 'wave', where the perimeter rotates to the strong or weak side before going into the basic set above. Rather than teaching and walking them through it instead he tells them once what to do and then starts yelling at them until they finally start doing what he wants, without first running through it slowly. I found this tough to watch and felt a bit bad for the players.
In the last 5 minutes he mentions adding screening and pick & roll to the set (flasher screens for P&R), which would have been nice to see in more detail. You'll need to use your imagination to integrate this into the offense.
A downside of this video is that there is some storytelling, maybe due to the offense being so simple to teach. i'd have rather seen some breakdown and/or shooting drills out of this set than hearing about his son's ice cream adventures. There is a lot of yelling and directing which makes it hard to watch at times, and not helpful to the players or viewers to understand what he is trying to get at.
OK overall but some missed opportunities and a bit chaotic in the way presented. 3/5 stars, and that may be generous.
