The video is filmed at floor level, and we start with three assistant coaches and a ball rack directly in front of the players making it hard to see the action. The audio is fine, although the assistants (and there are many) aren't mic'd up. Again this is a relatively short video, only 44 minutes long
It starts with a rebounding drill with a numbered defense, offense v defense where coach calls out three numbers and those defensive players need to rebound. There is just too much time taken on these drills, where they play to ten points when they could just show the drill and move on. Even worse the losing team is forced to run, which I find incomprehensible for a clinic setting.
The worst example of how coach ran these drills is the persistence drill, which isn't a bad drill where defense (3 or 4 people) have to play perfect defense for 45 to 60 seconds (whatever coach chooses).without the offense scoring. They played this drill with the same team on defense for almost 10 minutes, missing completely what the point of a clinic setting is intended to do I think
If you are interested in solid rebounding drills I recommend either Tom Izzo's or Skip Prosser's videos, which are better focused and simply include more information and drills. This video had a lot of potential but is lackluster with not enough drills, and one of the strangest CP videos I think I've ever seen.. 1/5 stars
