Pick up phenomenal serving tips and techniques from a former National High School Coach of the Year. 11x State Championship Coach and former Dubuque Wahlert HS Head Coach, Tom Keating, will provide you with serves that can challenge any opponent and take them out of their rhythm. View some quality serving activities below.
You will see three different types of serves in this clip. The first of which is the Floater Serve from the Floor. This serve and the Jump Floater both allow the ball to knuckle and make it very difficult for your opponent to read. The final serve is the Jump Spin Serve, which is powerful and dips, complicating things for the defense.
