2012 Volleyball Magazine National Coach of the Year, Jim Moore, describes the best lineups to give the setter the best position from which to penetrate and run the offense effectively. In this drill, setters must start in position 1 in serve receive and penetrate to the setting position within a set amount of time.
Coach Moore uses a stopwatch to measure each setter as they compete against one another for the fastest time.
