Develop your serve receive skills with Phil “Flip” Piontek, University of Central Missouri Head Coach. In his first three years as Head Coach, Piontek has led the Jennies to three straight MIAA Championships (2009-11). Coach Piontek and his talented staff stress intensity, focus, and a sense of urgency as soon as players set foot on the court. He gives detailed explanations and suggestions for adapting these drills to multiple skill levels.


Keep practice flowing with this fun and fast paced serve/receive drill. It will help you work on footwork and passing. The setters and hitters are the main focus here and this drill can improve their body positioning in reference to the net and the target.
