Here is a sneak peak of USC Head Women’s Volleyball Coach, Mick Haley. The 3X NCAA National Champion and 2011 Pac-12 Coach of the Year a guides his players through the “Middle Transition Drill” which focuses on working together as a unit. Quality communication and movement will allow for players to excel, and leave the opponent struggling to find the open spots. Players will need to be aware of how to adjust to various angles and speeds a ball can be played at them. Coaches can get involved in a similar way that you see Coach Mick Haley in this clip.
