Ken Chertow is a US Olympian and 3x NCAA All American. Coach Chertow shows how to score from four different techniques from working the head. The first technique is a snap down go behind which is an essential move for all wrestlers to know. He shows the proper technique and emphasizes the elbow block. The second technique he shows is the snap and shuck from wrist control. The third move is a club from the open position.
Coach Chertow states the importance of always reaching with your back hand when clubbing your opponent. The last technique that Coach Chertow shows is a club to an underhook. All of these moves are great set-ups that tire your opponent out.
