Kansas Returns to #1 in the AP Men’s Basketball Poll

The Kansas men’s basketball team returned to the top in both national polls.  The Jayhawks (20-1) received 54 of 65 first-place votes in the Associated Press poll and 26 of 31 first-place votes in the ESPN / USA Today coaches poll.  View the complete AP Division I Top 25 men’s basketball poll (2/1/2010) below and notice that Championship Productions has produced instructional basketball DVDs with several nationally ranked coaches:

Coach K to Resume Role with the USA National Team!

Mike Krzyzewski has announced that he’ll return as Head Basketball Coach for the USA National Team.  Coach K led the 2008 Men’s National Team to a gold medal in Beijing with a perfect 8-0 record in  the Olympics, averaging 106 points per game and winning by an average margin on 27.9 points per contest.  Jim Boeheim (Syracuse), Mike D’Antoni (New York Knicks), and Nate McMillan (Portland Trail Blazers) will all return as assistant coaches.  The coaching staff has guided USA Basketball to a 36-1 record over the last three years.
