Game-Like Drills to Win More Matches!

See some outstanding coaching and full court games from Head Coach of the U11 Gold Milwaukee Sting, Kathy Litzau.  Coach Litzau provides the techniques and games needed to develop your players’ skills.  This will allow you to create active, high participation practice sessions for your team.

Players play full court games in 6v6 match-ups  Players initiate play with a serve and play out each rally. Games are played to 7 or 11.

Variations:

1. The winning side earns a free ball
2. Players play all positions
