Four Coaches Named as Naismith Coach of the Year Finalists

John Calipari, Jim Boeheim, Steve Alford, and Frank Martin have been selected as finalists for the 2010 Naismith Men’s College Basketball Coach of the Year by the Atlanta Tipoff Club.  The four coaches were voted on by the Atlanta Tipoff Club’s National Voting Academy, comprised of leading basketball journalists, coaches, and administrators from around the country.  The academy based its criteria on coaching performances this season.  The winner will be announced in early April.




Texas, Kentucky, & Kansas Remain Atop the AP DI Men’s Basketball Poll
