Tim Vom Steeg is a 2x NSCAA National Coach of the Year (2004 & 2006) and a 2x Big West Conference Coach of the Year.  He is also the all time winningest coach in Big West history and was inducted in the California Community College Coaches Hall of Fame in 2008.

Elmar Bolowich has guided the Tar Heels to the 2001 NCAA championship and was a national finalist in 2008 and 2009.  In 2010, the Tar Heels were a semifinalist in the NCAA tournament.

Bolowich, UNC Advance to 2009 NCAA Men’s College Cup!

Elmar Bolowich, North Carolina’s Men’s Soccer Coach, has guided the #5 seed Tar Heels to the semifinal round of the 2009 NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship.  North Carolina will open its second consecutive trip to the NCAA College Cup on Friday against top-seeded Akron.

The NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Committee announced today the bracket for the 2009 NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Championship.  The teams will be vying for the rights to compete at the 2009 NCAA Men’s College Cup at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina.  Good luck to all programs!
