Thanh Pham, 2013 NCAA DII National Championship Coach, demonstrates how players can increase communication and aggressiveness. The name of the game is the ‘Effort Drill’, which is a great way to create better team chemistry while making the most of practice.
In this game-like drill players must:
- Call “Mine”
- Use two hands
- If players do not follow the rules, they may be kicked out of the game until it is completed.
