Championship Productions would like to congratulate Dominic Starsia on his 325th career victory as his No. 11 Virginia Cavaliers defeated the No. 13 Penn Quakers. With the victory Starsia needs two more victories to pass Jack Emmer (326) for most victories by a head coach while at a NCAA Division I school. Eight lacrosse programs are still alive and will compete in the semifinal rounds of the 2010 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Tournament on May 28 and 289th. The semifnal matchups include:

Notre Dame (Coached by Kevin Corrigan) vs. Cornell
Women’s Lacrosse Tournament
Maryland vs. Syracuse (Coached by Gary Gait)
North Carolina vs. Northwestern (Coached by Kelly Amonte Hiller)
