Tim Vom Steeg is a 2x NSCAA National Coach of the Year (2004 & 2006) and a 2x Big West Conference Coach of the Year. He is also the all time winningest coach in Big West history and was inducted in the California Community College Coaches Hall of Fame in 2008.
Elmar Bolowich has guided the Tar Heels to the 2001 NCAA championship and was a national finalist in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, the Tar Heels were a semifinalist in the NCAA tournament.

Randy Waldrum, the University of Notre Dame Women’s Head Soccer Coach, guided the Irish to the 2010 NCAA national championship! The Irish defeated Stanford1-0 on Sunday for their third NCAA Women’s College Cup championship. This was Notre Dame’s first championship since 2004 and finished with a 21-2-2 overall record.
Schellas Hyndman, FC Dallas’ head coach, was named the 2010 MLS Coach of the Year. Hyndman, who coached SMU for 24 years and led the Mustangs to the College Cup three times, guided FC Dallas to a 12-4-14 overall record and a runner-up finish in the 2010 MLS Cup.

The University of Notre Dame women’s soccer program, led by Randy Waldrum, is ranked #7 in the NSCAA / HendrickCars.com Division I Soccer Rankings (11/9/2010). Notre Dame earned their sixth consecutive BIG EAST divisional title and 13th regular season crown in 16 seasons as a conference member with a 9-0-2 BIG EAST mark. The Irish enter the 2010 NCAA tournament as a #4 seed and hosts New Mexico. Notre Dame has compiled a 15-2-2 overall record this season.
