Mike Krzyzewski and the Duke Blue Devils beat the Maryland Terrapins in Coach K’s 1,000th career game on the sidelines at Duke, a feat that only seven other coaches in NCAA Division I history have accomplished. In 30 seasons as head coach, Coach K has gone 781-219 with 294 wins coming between 2000 -2009, the most in the history of the game by any school in any decade.
