Wichita State University Head Coach, Gregg Marshall, provides you with a great shooting and conditioning drill ideal for finishing a skill workout session. This drill is called the “7 for 7 Shooting Drill”, and the group of players must make 7 shots from 7 designated spots on the floor.
Drill Summary: If they miss a shot, they must sprint to half-court and back. This adds great concentration to the drill as well as an aspect of conditioning.
