Mirror Drill

Athlete Movement: When the coach says go, the offensive players swing the ball around the perimeter, and attempt to dribble pass the defenders.

Teaching Points: The important aspect of the Mirror Drill is that each player on defense stays in front of his or her opponent while that player attempts to pass them and dribble into the paint.
