Eric Akin, former 4x All-American and current youth wrestling coach, shows you an inside tie leg attack set up. Use this series of moves to control your opponent and put yourself in position to score points.
Use the collar tie to “steering wheel”, move your feet laterally in the opposite direction of the club motion on the head and pull the inside tie arm away from the opponent’s body. As the opponent regains his stance, set your feet in a stance ready to leg attack. As the opponent comes up, attack the legs.
