The use of the “Claw” technique is ideal for a weaker wrestler because it enables him to use his weight to control and execute this technique on an opponent. The emphasis on the “Ankle Elevator” is to elevate the ankles so that you can place your safe leg in place, open up the opponents’ hips to execute the short leg.
