University of Illinois Women’s Head Coach, Kevin Hambly, uses his players to show you the proper “GO” Posture. Hambly demonstrates the “GO” Posture by starting with how to stand then how to move while maintaining this Posture.
Important things to remember are:
- Align the knees with the ankles and the hips
- Arms bent slightly and hanging down
- Hips directly over the feet for minimum stress
- Straight back with your head up
