Player Movements: Athletes will throw the medicine ball off the wall as hard as they can, and catch it after one bounce. There are various stances and throwing motions players will use in this workout.
Drill Tips: When performing the Push Pass portion of the exercise, athletes should avoid throwing it like a baseball or a football. Encourage your players to throw the ball as hard as they can.
