Bungee Cord Exercises to Increase Strength & Agility!

Ruth Nelson, world class coach and former U.S. player, introduces the use of bungee cords as a means of increasing strength and agility. Athletes are trained to maximize backcourt movement in all positions, regardless of position they will typically play.

Instruction is given to ensure that safety, efficiency, and conditioning within the session are maximized.
