Bryan Karkoska is the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Auburn University, and has worked alongside legendary swimming coach, Richard Quick! There are a number of weight training exercises in this clip which can help the athlete who desires to be well-rounded. These drills will help you develop a strong core which is crucial to all swimmers.
