This easy-to-follow video progresses the athlete step-by-step to the next skill so a young or advanced setter will be challenged and motivated!

See walking progression drills that allow you to work on good movement and hand position. With all of these drills you can use a basketball and a volleyball. The basketball will help build strength in your hands. Do not set and chase the ball, control the ball to move along with you.
