The first drill is called an Undulation Drill that will create propulsion to power you forward. Make sure the body is in a straight line and you don’t want your swimmers to be scooping, sculling, or diving down. The following drill is the Dolphin Kick on the side. Focus on balance, forward motion, and stillness in the chest and head. This exercise will create more propulsion from the hips and feet. Coaches and swimmers will both pick up some excellent tips in this clip.
