Partner Drill with John Cook and the University of Nebraska Women’s Volleyball Team!

Take a look at the University of Nebraska women’s volleyball team and head coach John Cook.  He is a 2x National Championship Coach and the 2008 All-Time Great Coach Award winner by USA Volleyball.  His players go through a drill that works on bumping, setting, and covering for a teammate.  Players’ communication skills are greatly developed through this exercise and are an essential component for successful volleyball.  The players will learn to improve their awareness when they partner up and rotate throughout the drill.  Coaches and players can both benefit from this drill as it allows for both groups to be able to identify and correct issues related to touch and movement.
