New Basketball DVDs featuring Bob Knight!

Connecticut Ranked #1 in 2010 Women’s AP Division I Basketball Poll!

The University of Connecticut, coached by Geno Auriemma, is ranked #1 in the 2010 Associated Press women’s basketball preseason poll.  The Huskies enter the 2010-11 season with a 78-game winning streak after posting a perfect 39-0 record in 2009-10 en route to the program’s seventh NCAA National Championship!  UConn has been ranked #1 for a total of 144 weeks in the program’s history, the most of any team nationally.

Duke Ranked #1 in 2010 Men’s AP Preseason Poll!

Duke University, coached by Mike Krzyzewski, is ranked #1 in the 2010-11 Associated Press men’s basketball preseason poll.  The Blue Devils received 55 of the 65 first-place votes and 1613 points.  The other programs who received first-place votes include Michigan State (8) and Kansas State (2).

Feeder Systems for Youth Basketball

Jerry Petitgoue, a 3x Wisconsin State Champion and 19x Conference champion, has recently released a feeder system for youth basketball.  Petitgoue’s feeder system allows coaches at younger levels to run an effective practice that includes similar drills, systems, etc. to what will be ran at the high school level.  His system has proven to be very successful and coaches all over the country have been looking for this topic!
