Kevin Boyle was named the 2009 New Jersey Coach of the Year! Boyle’s St. Patrick’s (NJ) club beat Newark Science Park, 73-57, for its fourth Tournament of Champions crown since 2003 and its fifth overall. This is his first time being honored as The Star-Ledger State Coach of the Year.
Boyle is one of only three coaches in the nation with the elite “Team Jordan” Nike Grassroots Basketball Program. He is one of the top coaches at the prestigious NIKE All-American Camp and a sought after clinician across the country and abroad. In 2007, Boyle was named the USA Today National Coach of the Year!
