Waldrum, Irish Finish #2 in Women’s Soccer

Randy Waldrum guided the Notre Dame Women’s Soccer team to the 2008 College Cup final for the second time in the past three seasons, and the seventh time in program history.  However, the #1 Irish squad was knocked off by #5 North Carolina 2-1 for their first loss of the season.  Notre Dame finished the season with a 26-1-0 record while North Carolina finished 25-1-2.
