FSU Track & Field Athletes Qualify for 2008 Olympics!

After winning the 2008 NCAA Men’s Track & Field Championship, the Florida State Seminoles are preparing for the 2008 Olympics.  Seven current and former Seminoles have qualified for the Olympics:

* Dorian Scott will represent Jamaica in the Shot Put.  Scott is featured in Harlis Meaders DVD – Becoming a Champion Shot Putter – Beyond the Basics!

* Rafeeq Curry will represent the USA in the Triple Jump.  Curry is featured in Dennis Nobles‘ DVD – Becoming a Champion Triple Jumper – Beyond the Basics!

* Brian Dzingai will represent Zimbabwe in the 200m.  Dzingai is featured in Ken Harnden’s  DVD – Becoming a Champion Sprinter – Beyond the Basics!

Other FSU athletes who have qualified for the 2008 Olympics under Harlis Meaders, Ken Harnden’s, and Dennis Nobles‘ direction are:

* Walter Dix (USA) – 100m, 200m, 4 X 100
* Ngoni Makusa (Zimbabwe) – Long Jump
* Gonzalo Barroihet (Chile) – Decathlon
* Ricardo Chambers (Jamaica) – 400m
