Miami Earns #1 Overall Seed in NCAA Baseball Championship!

Jim Morris, J.D. Arteaga, Gino DiMare, Joe Mercadante  & the University of Miami baseball team earned the No. 1 national seed in the 2008 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.  The Hurricanes will play host to No. 2 seed Missouri, No. 3 seed Mississippi and No. 4 seed Bethune-Cookman in the Coral Gables Regional.  The seven other national seeds include: North Carolina, Arizona State, Florida State, Cal State Fullerton, Rice, Louisiana State, and Georgia.  Regional play begins May 30, 2008.
