Iowa Wrestling Claims Midlands & NWCA National Duals!

The University of Iowa wrestling program claimed the 2008 NWCA National Duals & Midlands Championship!  Head Coach Tom Brands and the Hawkeyes are currently ranked #1 in the USA Today / Intermat / NWCA Division I Coaches Poll.  Coach Brands has many instructional wrestling DVDs to help improve your technique:
