I would second the Steve McClain video. I purchased it recently and was very pleased with it. McClain is from the Billy Tubbs coaching tree and carries over many of his philosophies. The thing I liked about this tape was the simplicity. Sometimes coaches can get too fancy with our breaks. Coach McClain does a great job of explaining how to keep it simple but potent. This video will not re-invent the wheel but it will get you thinking about the little things to best utilize your break with your team. He throws in some ideas on motivation and for $19.95 you cant go wrong.
