dunning vs shymansky

I've also been looking at the Shymansky DVDs... was wondering how they compare to the John Dunning series. Is one aimed at a higher level than the other or is one of them more in-depth?

ps. apologies for the double posting... meant to post this as a new topic

I have both sets. I would say Shymansky's videos are geared more for the advanced player. Although he does give some very insightful instruction and training for the beginner also, overall it is for the advanced athlete.

On another note, his entire passing training is based on non-linear passing versus a traditional linear passing method without qualification. In my opinion, linear passing should be taught to the younger athlete as the foundation for their training, and then graduate that athlete to the non-linear method.
