which is a better tool? Can anyone tell me which video would be better for the 4-4 defense? Is it James Madison or C.W. Post? Or should I buy both? I'm very interested in the blitz's and coverages and I see Post doesn't offer anything on blitz? I suggest the 4-4 Defense from C.W. Post if you're looking for the defensive concepts and fundamentals. However, if you're looking for blitzes, you need to go with the James Madison DVDs.
