> What do you consider the best slap-hitting DVD???
> I have a 10 year old daughter who is already a
> very good hitter....but I feel that slap-hitting
> would better utilize her athletic ability....but I
> have no idea where or how to start teaching her
> the slap-hitting method.

I realize it's late answering his question however, for other viewers you may want to try my DVD "Slap hitting for the beginners." For more information please go to www.jerryfastpitch.com

I am a high school softball coach and up until this year, the school has offered JV, modified, and varsity softball. However, this year the numbers have gotten so low that the school must let go of either the modified or JV team. I was wondering how other coaches felt about this, whether or not it would be more beneficial to the kids to keep modified which would be for grades 7-9 without the JV team where the sophomores could go straight to varsity, or if it would be better to get rid of modified for the 7th and 8th graders, leaving only JV and varsity. Thanks for your opinions.

Hi Everyone. What do you think of this? I’d like to share about a batting technique I’ve used that really works. I’ve played softball for years, and never have been satisfied with the way I hit. This strategy trains your eyes to be able to SEE and HIT the ball unlike any technique I’ve ever used. It actually gives you a longer reaction time to see and hit pitches when you apply it. It’s GUARANTEED to do this. As a result, any player who consistently applies this will hit more line drives, have much fewer strike outs, and virtually eliminate any more ground outs and pop-ups. At first I thought it was crazy when I learned about it, but now I’m convinced. I did some research and found that more pro players are now starting to use this technique as well. I found it on www.powerbatting.com. What do you think about it?
