USA Softball has seleceted Mike Candrea as the women's softball coach for the 2004 Olympics. The University of Arizona coach has compiled an amazing 982-191 record during his 18 years at the helm of the Wildcat program. Under Candrea, the Wildcats have made 17 consecutive trips to the NCAA tournament, including 6 NCAA National Championships, and 3 National Coach of the Year honors. Candrea's history within the ranks of the USA Womens's National Team continues.
