Multi-post offense

I'm looking into switching offense next season because I will have more able post than I have had. Would you recommend Bill Self's high/ low offense? Which DVD would you recommend? Is there continuity to it? Or would you recommend Steve Alford's How to run a 2 Out, 3 In motion offense? And is there continuity to that?

My team will have 2 very able post, with 3 more ok post coming off the bench
