Coaching drills

I'm coaching entry level Lax players that are in the 7th and 8th grade. Looking for some advice on drills and stick skill building practice that I can run.
Thanks!

First join US Lacrosse and take the on-line coaches course and test. Then find a coaches clinic run by US Lacrosse and go to it. They gear everything towards teaching youth level. Some DVD's you will find are using advanced skill drills and don't translate to youth sports. The best DVD I've seen isn't offered on this site. It is Jeff Tambroni's Boys Lacrosse: Skills and Drills: Beggining Players. He also has an Advanced Players DVD. Depends on how many of your boys have played before as to which one you get. They are both available on Netflix, at least in my area of Maryland. Good Luck!
