DVDs & Videos: If you are not completely satisfied with a DVD or videotape, return the item in salable condition within 15 days of receipt and we will exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value. (One-time exchange only.)

Books: If you are not completely satisfied with any book, simply return the item in salable condition within 15 days of receipt. A refund or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value will be honored.

Software & Music: Unopened software or music may be returned within 15 days of receipt. A refund or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value will be honored.

Note: To exchange or return merchandise, please call for a return authorization, include a copy of the invoice, wrap the merchandise securely, and return via insured parcel post. In order to improve our service, we would appreciate knowing the reason for the return. We will make every effort to speed your exchange or return.
