I purchased this DVD over 10 years ago and still refer to it today. Outstanding DVD that has formed the backbone of my whizzer teaching. Coach Smith does a good job of explaining how to "cynch" up the whizzer to make it tighter along with several finishes to the move itself. One of the lost fundamentals in the sport is the whizzer, worth the money.
