The Wartburg Drill System

Since becoming head coach at Wartburg College, Jim Miller has guided the Knights to the highest ranks of collegiate DIII wrestling. With the start of the 2006-07 season, Miller has compiled more than 250 dual meet wins, 14 straight Iowa Conference Championships and has finished first or second in the NCAA Division III Wrestling Tournament in 12 of the past 14 years. That includes back-to-back NCAA and National Dual Meet titles in '03 and '04. Coach Miller, along with his staff, share the innovative drills that have led to Wartburg's amazingly consistent success year after year.
